To say in a few words, how pleased we are of our kitchen remodel, is simply impossible! We went over budget because of unforeseen issues and our changing of plans. Add-ons as we went along made good sense to do while the construction was in progress.

Steve was totally committed to our project from design phase to completion. He responded to our phone calls in a timely manner and was always available to help choosing materials, colors, and appliances. Although the ultimate decisions were ours, Steve's years of experience and professionalism made our remodel so much easier.

From the seamless counter tops with beautiful back splash, the matching granite stone fireplace, the new wooden floors, the custom built cabinets, the recessed lighting, new hallway doors and freshly painted walls and ceilings, this transformation from old to new is truly like a breath of fresh air.

Steve surrounds himself with excellent tradesmen such as :Ulysees (cabinet maker), Zelko (wood floors) , Armando (tiles), Sergio (granite tops), Bob (electrical), Gerry (painter), Jesse & Mauricio ( Jack of all trades). When we met Steve, he promised us a DREAM KITCHEN, and boy did he ever deliver!

I've been using Steve's Plumbing and Remodels for nearly 10 years for both remodeling projects as well as plumbing services. During this period of time, he's remodeled 3 bathrooms, painted the inside of my entire house, laid wood and tile floors, installed a water heater and water heat pump, and has come to my rescue many times on numerous plumbing problems.

Not only are Steve and all his workers highly experienced and talented, they are reliable and always show up for their scheduled appointments. Collaborating with Steve on each remodel was easy and comfortable. He listens well to your ideas and desires and clearly goes over everything with you before starting work. Steve is present and easily reached throughout the project. Every remodel Steve's Plumbing and Remodels completed for me was done perfectly. I've loved the end results on all projects. All of Steve's workers are considerate and respectful and best of all, they clean up. at the end of each day (as best as possible), which really helps you get through the upheaval while the project progresses.

Overall, on a scale of 1 to S with 5 being excellent, I rate Steve's Plumbing and Remodels a 6. After 10 years, Iwould not use anyone else.

We are SO Pleased with our completely remodeled kitchen! Hiring Steve was the best thing we did, smartest decision ever ll! When we started on this journey, we were ovenivhelmed with all the options, where to begin, who to hire for which job in our kitchen, what quality materials would be good to use, what colors would co—ordinate etc.... THANKFULLY with having Steve in charge, it took all the headaches off of our shoulders!

He was so helpful in all that we wanted to do! I had collected numerous pictures and ideas of what I wanted our kitchen to look like and how I wanted it to function. I am finally taking a few minutes to write you and let you know how incredibly happy we are with the work you and your crew did in our home. Both my husband and I felt very comfortable and at ease allowing you and your men into our home while we were at work. You were all very professional but at the same time friendly and fun to work with.

We have received so many compliments on the house. The bathroom is truly a thing of beauty and the marble on the fireplace is so elegant looking.

In case you don't remember, you and your crews did several jobs for us in the past - two complete bathroom remodels, a partial remodel of a third bath plus some entryway tile, and most recently, a water heater replacement. Everything works just fine. Everyday I am pleased and impressed with the quality that you put into the work here.

I wanted to write to you and tell you the many positive experiences we have had since we have moved back into the house.

As you know, we evolved in our thinking during the process of repairing and remodeling our home and at some point it became clear that we were not just designing a new living space but attempting to design a new way of life.

For that same reason we have kept the house quite empty and have not been in a hurry to move "everything" back. The emptiness is a blank canvas for our imagination and we hesitate to fill it up. In fact, with our love of meditation and dance the space is giving us an inspiring place for quiet, simplicity and contemplation.

We love the rich beauty that we see wherever we look and the detail, precision and refinement in the many choices that were made.

Whatever room we are in, we have had the ongoing pleasure of contemplating the beautiful wood and granite and tile and the theatrical way these surfaces are revealed in daylight or from our ceiling lights in various combinations and intensities.

You entered into this project with us when things were in a state of chaos and uncertainty and we appreciate the clarity and direction you gave us as we moved through the challenging stages of decision making that were necessary to realize what we now enjoy.

By working hard to make each choice carefully and in attempting to make the most uncompromising choices at each stage of the project, we now enjoy a home environment that is way more than the sum of its parts.

It's the second month I am delighting in my brand new kitchen and I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you.

Not only did you give me a functional and low in maintenance new kitchen but also an aesthetically beautiful one. The workmanship and professionalism of your people is exceptional.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, to you and your team for the wonderful job you did on our kitchen remodel. You are truly a man of your word. You provided expert cabinetry, countertops, ceiling lights, floors, backsplash, painting, plus the extra flooring and painting we asked for, all within three and one-half weeks.

Not a day went by when someone was not there. I knew it would be difficult without a functioning kitchen, but didn't realize how difficult. This is one reason I will recommend you to anyone who asks. Our kitchen was non-functioning for the absolute minimum amount of time.

Another reason is that your team is so professional. They work hard everyday and leave everything cleaned up and ready for the next day.

Still another reason I would recommend you is the quality of the workmanship. After it was all said and done, there was nothing to bring to your attention and nothing to be redone.It was all done right the first time.

I need to also mention your flexibility with the remodel. If there was something I or my husband forgot to mention up front, you came right along side us to figure out how to incorporate or change whatever it was.

We are just so pleased with everything and it all met or exceeded our expectations that we still can't believe how you pulled everything off so well.

Please thank the whole crew for the wonderful job they did in attending to every detail. Now all I want to do is spend time in my kitchen because it is so much more functional.

Let me mention also that your ideas and suggestions were invaluable. The time you spent shopping with us and picking out the colors of the floor, countertops, cabinets, backsplash, and lighting was very much appreciated since I do not remodel my kitchen everyday and leaned on you for several ideas.
